Last year, over 6,500 people attended our fifth annual Pride event, enjoying live music, drag performances, a variety of vendors, and delicious food trucks. Our event made a significant impact, reaching more than 230,000 people across social media and email platforms, and spreading messages of love, acceptance, and unity.

Our Pride community is deeply engaged and passionate, offering a unique opportunity to interact with a wide audience. This presence allows you to expand your reach and build a reputation as someone that stands for a cause that champions love, acceptance, and equality.

Muncie OUTreach Mission Statement: Muncie OUTreach’s mission is to create an accepting space that fosters the personal growth of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth in the Delaware County area.

Muncie OUTreach Vision Statement: Muncie OUTreach envisions a community where every LGBTQ+ individual has access to a supportive environment that promotes safety, emotional well-being, and self-empowerment.

Businesses and organizations that do not agree with the mission of Muncie OUTreach will not be considered for participation at any Muncie OUTreach event.

Muncie OUTreach reserves the right to refuse applications with policies, procedures, practices, or employees/staff members (past or present) causing LGBTQ+ persons in Muncie, Indiana, or the surrounding areas to feel unsafe, unwelcome, or discriminated against.

Booth space is 10x10
Tents, tables, and chairs are not provided
Vendor setup will be in stages between the hours of 9am and 1pm
- Assigned setup times to be emailed no later than 08/31/2026
Vendors are to have vehicles removed from setup area by 1:30pm
Vendor teardown and cleanup must be completed by 8pm
Refund policy:
- 75% if written notice received by 05/31/2025
- 50% if written notice received by 07/31/202

Rules & Guidelines

Active political campaigning is discouraged, and space will not be provided for political candidates.
Vendors are expected to keep their space clean and safe, and stay the duration.
Vendor is responsible for paying all fees and obtaining all permits required by federal, state, or local laws.
Muncie OUTreach assumes no liability for vendors, their invitees, or their material within or around the vendors space.
Muncie OUTreach is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss.
