Wrestling has been a very beneficial sport in my day to day life and activities. This sport has pushed me to my maximum potential and encourages me to be better and work harder in everything I do, and it motivates me to be a better person and to be the strongest. This sport had also encouraged me to do better with my schoolwork and grades to stay in the sport and strive to be a better student. Wrestling has changed a lot of things in my personality and helped me to express more of it. I feel as if it has made be a tougher person in general and has shaped me to be stronger and help me have a stronger mentality. These facts are all about how wrestling has shaped me to better myself and be a stronger person.
