My family has been fortunate enough to learn about the life-giving work of Mwana through several friends with close ties to the organization. We believe in its core mission of supporting vulnerable children and families with love and dignity and its focus on the needs of the child above all else. We are excited to support Mwana as a light of God's love in this world.

We are fundraising for the CAREGIVERS at the Mwana Refuge! The Mwana women who serve as caregivers work tirelessly all throughout each day to care for the holistic needs of the children. From dancing to reading time to praise and worship and outdoor play, these mamas show the children safety and love. Hiring local caregivers is also critical in orphan prevention, as providing vulnerable women with stable employment like this is one of the key ways to preserve families.
