A dedicated team of three (3) advocates for grassroots environmental sustainability and fervent proponent for climate justice are compelled to participate in the UNFCCC SB60, 3rd - 13th June 2034, to contribute to the global dialogue and action on climate change.

Attendance of the SB60 is integral to gaining invaluable insights into the latest advancements, innovative solutions, and strategic approaches in combating climate change in Botswana and Uganda. The conference agenda promises a diverse array of sessions, including high-level dialogues, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities, all aimed at fostering collaboration and catalyzing actionable initiatives to address the urgent climate crisis in our respective countries. Participating in SB60 will equip us with the knowledge and resources necessary to enhance our grassroots initiatives. By incorporating the latest research findings and best practices discussed at the conference, we can strengthen our community-based efforts towards climate resilience and adaptation. Moreover, networking with esteemed professionals and activists from around the world will facilitate invaluable collaborations and partnerships, amplifying our collective impact on climate action.

In collaboration with advocates in Uganda, our programs work towards the attainment of food security in rural and remote communities through sustainable farming methods and gender-responsive approaches amidst extreme climate change effects such as extreme drought in Botswana & flash floods in Uganda.
