Winter Extra Hours

As fall approaches, we are preparing to help support our neighbors during the cold Kansas City winter days and nights. In addition to working on passing out coats, hats, gloves, and hand warmers, we are making a goal to keep our doors open 2 hours longer each day to provide a place of warmth and safety during the cold months. This additional 2 hours per day will add approximately an additional $100 per day to our operating budget – that’s about $9,000 needed for the winter months.

A great way to partner with us and to maximize the effectiveness of n2n is to set up recurring donations. This allows us to plan ahead and make commitments to our neighbors to be a refuge during the bitter cold just around the corner.
