This year, our national leadership program, the Dream Experience, is growing from 32 to 50 student leaders. We couldn’t be more excited to bring this vision to life! The Dream Experience empowers young trailblazers through mentorship, career exposure, and personal development. Each year, youth (ages 18-24) from across the country come together for a transformative week designed to ignite purpose and leadership.

2026 marks a major milestone — we’re moving our Dream House to Oak Canyon Ranch, a beautiful 48-acre property in Agoura Hills, California. This new location will allow us to accommodate more student leaders and provide a more immersive and impactful experience. Beyond serving as housing for our participants, the Dream House will also be the site of our leadership workshops, creative sessions, and Mentor Match networking event, which hosts more than 30 mentors and industry professionals.

Having everything in one place allows us to cut rental costs, create a seamless program flow, and deepen the sense of community and connection that defines the Dream Experience. The Dream House serves as the heart of the program — a safe and inspiring space where students can rest, learn, and grow beyond the limits of their everyday environments.

We’re raising $60,000 to cover the cost of the Dream House's relocation as well as to provide scholarships for students who may not be able to afford the program. Hitting this goal will allow us to enter the new year fully focused on planning the rest of the 2026 Dream Experience with excellence.

Your donation between now and December 31st directly supports lodging and every donor’s name will be added to The Dream Wall, a display in the Dream House honoring those who helped make this vision possible. This wall serves as a constant reminder to our students that they are supported by a community that believes in their potential.
