The Salzburg Festival Society is excited to introduce Virtuosos, a new initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of enthusiasts for the Salzburg Festival. Virtuosos will be a young friends patrons circle designed for individuals aged 21-35 who have a passion for the arts and a desire to support the Salzburg Festival. The primary goal of Virtuosos is to engage and empower young patrons to become active participants in the cultural life of the Salzburg Festival.

Membership Levels:

We are pleased to offer two levels of membership for Virtuosos:

1. Young Friends Membership (up to age 26) - Annual Fee: USD 100
2. Full Membership (age 27 to 40) - Annual Fee: USD 250

Benefits of Membership:

Young Friends Membership:
- Friends’ Magazine (3 times a year)
- Admission to events of the Friends’ Summer Programme (1 person)
- Invitation to selected rehearsals for patrons (1 person)
- Priority allocation of the Salzburg Festival’s youth tickets

Full Membership:
- Friends’ Magazine (3 times a year)
- Admission to events of the Friends’ Summer Programme (2 persons)
- Invitation to the rehearsal for Full Members (2 persons)
- Ticket allocation within the range available to Full Members

Matching Contribution:

To encourage participation and support for Virtuosos, members of the board have committed to matching contributions made by Virtuosos members. This means that every dollar contributed by a Virtuosos member will be matched by a board member, effectively doubling the impact of each contribution.

Receptions and Cultivation:

To foster a sense of community and engagement among Virtuosos members, the board will host two receptions annually for members to connect, network, and engage with each other and with the Salzburg Festival community. These receptions will provide an opportunity for members to deepen their relationship with the Salzburg Festival and with each other, creating a vibrant and supportive community of young patrons.
