Music City Academy’s vision is grounded in the belief that young people reach their fullest potential when their minds, bodies, and character are strengthened together. At MCA, academics and athletics are not separate worlds, they work in tandem to cultivate discipline, resilience, and belonging. Through this team-centered model, every student is prepared to thrive in college, career, and life with both academic excellence and personal strength.

This vision comes to life through three core plays. At MCA we believe in:

• Team Over Self: Every student belongs to a team, led by a dedicated coach (captain?), where accountability, mentorship, and peer support are built into the daily experience.

• Passion to Purpose: Students connect their interests to real career pathways in Health Science, Sport and Human Performance, Leadership, or Audio/Visual Production - graduating with both a diploma and industry-recognized credentials.

• Wellness for Life: By weaving daily movement, wellness practices, and mental health supports into the academic day, MCA conditions students’ minds and bodies so they leave ready to lead with confidence, balance, and strength.

Volunteer Schools (DBA Nashville Incubator - EIN: 85-4371448) is a 501c3 nonprofit and currently serves as the fiscal sponsor for Music City Academy until their official 501c3 application is approved.  By donating today 100% of your donation is tax deductible and 100% of your donation will go directly to supporting MCA).
