Western Wednesday: First Night Out Participation

The event starts with a walking procession from campus to Depot Market Square where they're met with live music and activities. The goal is to send students into Downtown to experience the Western Wednesday discounts available. We learned that the most successful participating businesses offered some kind of free goodie (food was a big driver) or activity. Either of those can almost guarantee that you'll have 300+ students in your business that night. Here is a one-pager from 2023 you can use as inspiration.
