We currently lease the building that houses Valued Kids—but the landlord refuses to maintain or repair the property, and rent continues to rise in large amounts. All responsibility for upkeep, safety, and functionality falls on our shoulders. We’ve made countless repairs out of our own pockets just to keep things going, including 2 furnaces and 2 ac units. Now, we have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to purchase the building and permanently secure this vital space for our children and families—but we can’t do it without YOU.
