Have a Heart for Community - Join our mission Thank you, God, for answering the prayers of our brothers and sisters in Western North Carolina. Thank you for planting the seed of compassion in the hearts of volunteers. The volunteers were a true blessing. The outpouring of donations—food, clothing, and blankets—offered hope. Father, the rebuilding has only begun. We pray that you continue to touch the hearts of our communities to donate for building materials and heating fuel. Amen. The aftermath of Hurricane Helene has left many in western North Carolina grappling with an overwhelming sense of despair. Homes, cherished memories, and the security once taken for granted have been swept away by the storm's fury. The devastation is not just physical but emotional, as families now face the daunting task of rebuilding their lives from scratch.
