NOIAW member Cynthia Delia Coddington, along with co-author Josephine Provenzano Hoppe, will share the story behind the publication of their gluten-free Italian cookbook, Senza Glutine -Timeless Italian Dishes for the Gluten Free Palate, which was featured on The Today Show. They will also provide insights into living gluten-free… Italian style. Samples from their recipes, including biscotti, will be provided by Cindy and Jo.
