Welcome to the NATS New England Region World Voice Day Fundraising Campaign!

The New England Region Vocal Arts Student Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to deserving singers in the New England Region for performance opportunities, particularly student auditions, as a critical step in a singer’s progression to artistic excellence.

Our goal is to off-set registration fees and participation expenses for singers who qualify for the National Semi-final and Finals rounds at the NATS National Student Auditions. Each year, approximately more than 85 New England Region students of NATS teachers qualify to audition at the national level where they have the unique opportunity to not only win cash awards, but receive critical feedback from an esteemed panel of adjudicators. The New England Region Student Scholarship Fund will assist students, who otherwise may not have the financial means to participate, in experiencing this valuable program and its numerous benefits!

Our goal today, for the launch of this Campaign on World Voice Day is $250! Please help us in achieving this participation goal by making a gift today and sharing our Campaign with colleagues, family, friends, and arts education advocates!

Since the National Student Auditions began, NATS has welcomed over 5,500 students and their families to the semifinal and final rounds of auditions, held across the United States at various locations. NSA has been a mainstay for NATS, and the program continues to grow. Since 2014, NATS has given out more than $400,000 in prizes, and in 2025 will award over $84,000 in prizes across 35 categories.

Our membership consists of teachers of singing who maintain private studios as independent
teachers and/or hold faculty positions at Colleges and Universities.

Founded in 1944, National Association of Teachers of Singing, Inc. (NATS) is the largest professional association of teachers of singing in the world with more than 7,000 members in the United States, Canada, and more than 35 other countries. Whether working in independent studios, community schools, elementary and secondary schools, or higher education, NATS members represent the diversity of today’s music landscape, teaching in all vocal styles.
