New Melody - An I See Melody Benefit: Support the Future of Music & Art

Help us raise $15,000 to empower Nebraska’s next generation of creators, elevate emerging artists, and document the stories shaping our local creative culture.

New Melody is a benefit event supporting I See Melody - a music and arts nonprofit dedicated to youth development, creative expression, and cultural advancement. Through music education, artist development, and storytelling, we’re building opportunities for young people and celebrating the talent that makes our creative community special.

Your contribution will directly support three key initiatives:

I See Melody Music Production Academy — $6,000 Goal

Providing young people with access to hands-on music production education, songwriting, recording, and creative development. We’re helping students build skills, discover their voices, and explore pathways toward a future in music. The I See Melody Music Production Academy aims to reach more students through Lincoln and Omaha after school programming and private lessons.

Your donation helps fund program educators, educational and production equipment, creative software, and instructional tools empower young people to create original music.

I See Melody Records — $6000 Goal

Developing the next generation of professional independent artists through an immersive music program focused on advanced production, songwriting, studio engineering, artist development, and the creation of original music. Your support helps emerging artists gain real-world experience and bring their creative visions to life, while working alongside distinguished local music professionals.

Your contribution supports the emerging artists through advance music production equipment, professional studio experiences, industry professional educators, and instructional tools.

I See Melody Docu-Series — $3000 Goal

Producing three episodes of a new documentary series that goes behind the scenes with some of Lincoln and Omaha's most exciting and influential music and art creators. Through authentic conversations, creative process, and personal stories, we aim to spotlight local talent, inspire young creatives, and strengthen connections throughout our artistic community.

Funds support filming, audio / video / photo production, editing, project management, social media & digital management, travel, and more.

Our combined fundraising goal is $15,000. Every contribution brings us closer to making these opportunities possible.

Whether you donate, attend the New Melody Benefit, or share this campaign with your community, you’re helping create a future where young people have access to creative opportunities and Nebraska’s artists have a platform to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

Thank you for believing in the power of music, art, and community. Together, we can make a lasting impact and create something new.

"Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is scarce. Give creatives the chance to deploy their gifts and you don't just transform lives... you unleash a movement the community never knew it was missing."
