WHY IT MATTERS

Right now, over 100 families in the Ruskin area are on a waiting list for an affordable home. These are working parents, single moms, veterans, and seniors — people who do everything right but still can't access safe, decent housing because the market has left them behind.

Florida Home Partnership, Inc. builds homes differently. We don't just hand over keys. We walk families through every step — homebuyer education, housing counseling, and a path to true ownership through our Self-Help & Workforce housing programs.
