Hi I'm Tuttle and JMAT is training me a service dog.
I'm multiply disabled and have found significant benefit from animal assistance from my cats across the years. I'm now working on adding a public access service dog who can assist me in trained tasks wherever I am.
While I have spent significant time building supports for myself for my combination of disabilities, I have long considered a service dog. My doctors and I have agreed that it is now the correct time to pursue this in order to
reduce injuries, keep myself safer, and increase what I am able to do across the day.
I am currently set up to have a dog trained to assist with a variety of needs that I have between mobility, medical alert and response, and sensory support for autism, and a hopeful prospect for me is in training. The cost of training and care of a dog for the two years it takes to train a service dog is high. Donating helps cover some of these expenses.
Thank you for considering supporting me get my service dog, whether through donating or sharing.
