Nominate a NICU - Keeley & Kambry's Tribe
Keeley & Kambry are my twin daughters who were born at 22 weeks; 1 day and now hold the current world record for Most Premature Twins. Educating the world that viability has changed is a large task and it’s really important to me to help families bring their babies home. My foundation, Keeley & Kambry’s Tribe, raises awareness for periviable babies - babies born in the periviable state are babies born between 21 weeks and 26 weeks. Hospitals world wide have a variation of what is considered viable and my mission is to share that babies born in the periviable state can survive with skilled medical intervention.
One goal of mine is to reach new medical staff and new NICU families who have yet to hear our story. Together we can all make a change world wide but reaching new people world wide is extremely important.
We will accept NICU nominations through end of July and ship NICU gifts for the month of November in honor of Prematurity Awareness month. If you'd like your nomination in honor of/on behalf of a specific baby name please include that when you make your nomination. Please note that this project is completely funded by donations and without donations this will not be possible. Please consider making a donation which will cover the cost of shipping, packaging, care package items including but not limited to: Warrior onesie for baby, totes, pens, journals, educational materials & resources, a sparkly gift for mom and a gift for dad. If you have a donation to include for our care packages please contact Jade via email below.
