I’m running a 5K to support Hope Floats, an incredible organization that provides swim lessons to children and families who otherwise wouldn’t have access. Drowning is one of the leading causes of death in children, and learning to swim is a life-saving skill everyone deserves.

This cause means a lot to me personally. As many of you know I recently started teaching kids how to swim at Stewie the Duck Swim School, where my little brother goes, and I just earned my Red Cross lifeguard certification. Seeing how powerful swimming lessons are in building safety and confidence has inspired me to support even bigger organizations working to make this accessible for everyone.
