We meet our neighbors at every point of need, offering care that supports their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Partnering with local farms and community organizations, we strive to create a network of support.

Service Area: Cumberland County - Lakes Region, including Naples, Casco, Bridgton, Sebago, and Harrison.

Who We Serve: Individuals, families, elderly, youth, veterans, and the unhoused.

Programs:  ● Self-choice food pantry (open every other Monday) ● Christmas Cheer for Troops ● Community health worker support ● Back-to-school backpacks ● Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)  ● Free meal site and delivery ● COVID-19 emergency response meals and delivery (in coordination with MEMA) ● Community garden and gardening classes ● Emergency warming shelter with meals (during power outages/storms) ● VNA clinics and blood pressure screenings.
