The property, located within a designated Opportunity Zone, consists of approximately 42,649 square feet across two residential buildings and includes 50 housing units. Built in 1989, the complex presents a rare opportunity to create long-term, community-based housing solutions for veterans working to rebuild stable and independent lives.

Our vision is to transform this property into a safe, structured, and supportive housing environment where veterans can access stability, dignity, and critical support services including case management, financial literacy, employment assistance, and pathways toward permanent housing.
