During this transition, the organization is being fiscally sponsored by Cogostar Foundation (EIN# 46-3270072) to ensure that all donations remain tax-deductible.

As a fiscal sponsor, Cogostar Foundation will process all donations on behalf of North Bank Innovations, and all donation receipts will be issued by Cogostar Foundation until North Bank Innovations secures its tax-exempt status.
