Support our Mental & Physical Health Program for 2023!

Join us as we launch a NEW health program at Flourish in 2023! With the increasing statistics around teen mental health and decrease in physical activity due to smart phones and limited PE in school, we want to equip & empower our teen girls with the knowledge and support they need to live healthy, active lifestyles!

To do this, we need to provide each girl with the resources and tools for complete physical & mental health.

How can we do this? With your help! Sponsor 1 girl at Flourish for a mental and physical health package or donate any amount toward a girl.

SPONSOR A GIRL FOR 2023:

$100 Mental Health Package for each girls includes: Therapy and/or Life Coaching for 2023, Mental Health Workbook, Mental Health monthly workshops

$200 Physical Health Package for each girls includes: Complete Fitness Outfit (shoes, clothing), Workout Mat, Water Bottle, Physical Health monthly workshops and fitness classes

$300 Total Health Package includes all of the above!

**Become a monthly donor of $25/month and Sponsor a Girl for a total package! Plus you will join the Flourish Family and get quarterly gifts and updates from us!

Our goals for the Nourish to Flourish Program for 2023 are:

a Physical Health Teacher guiding the girls monthly in Health Workshops
each girl receiving a full Physical Health Kit (shoes, clothing, workout mat, etc)
a Mental Health Teacher guiding the girls monthly in Mental Health Workshops
each girl having access to Free Therapy with our partner at True Therapy
each girl receiving a Mental Health Kit (journal and workbook)
each girl having access to Free Life Coaching and Mentoring from our Certified Life Coach

HOW CAN YOU BENEFIT FROM JOINING US?

All donors for the campaign will receive a hand written card from our girls and an entry to win 1 of (5) $100 Flourish Christmas gift packages!

All monthly donors of $25+ will join the Flourish Family and receive quarterly gifts and online recognition.
