Enter The National School Climate Center.  For nearly 30 years, NSCC has supported schools, districts, and state and international education agencies in improving how they approach the climate for academic learning and psychological development for all students.  Is the school environment safe, is it engaging, is it equitable, is it inclusive?  Through our school programs, professional development, research, measurement tools, and advocacy, NSCC has led integral efforts in school climate improvement.

Research shows that school climate programming can lead to a reduction in bullying, higher student attendance, increased graduation rates, and greater teacher retention. Each year, the National School Climate Center engages over 10,000 educators, students, and families in making their learning environments safer and more engaging for everyone.
