Maui and Kona from the same hoarding situation. Over 30 sick cats were rescued from horrible conditions. These two were the last to be adopted. No one wanted them because they are fearful of humans and have stomatitis (painful mouth ulcers). They both had to have all their teeth extracted to prevent more inflammation. These adorable kitties are on a special diet and are slowly adapting to being around us.

Part of their rehabilitation is going outside with our other cats and enjoying the garden. They love to sit in the sun and chase bugs.

We hope to be able to pet them and show them lots of affection. That will take time.
