The raffle drawing will take place in Jefferson City's Governor's Garden on Saturday, August 24 at 2pm. The winner of this raffle, need not be present to win. If the winner is not present for the drawing, the Guitar can be picked up in-person at ABLE Learning Center (308 E High St #203, Jefferson City, MO 65101) by appointment - call  (573) 636-5558 for pick up time scheduling.
