NYOTA: Women Leading Change

What is NYOTA, and why should you support it? Well, NYOTA—

• Is a 6-month leadership development program for women in Beni, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
• Meets specific professional development needs that the women leaders of various organizations have told they want.
• Is being developed with the direct input of women who will participate. 
• Because of that, we know this program will help them develop the knowledge and skills they say will help them lead change.
• Is a collaboration between Impact Now and the Université Chrétienne Bilingue du Congo (UCBC).
