NYOTA: Women Leading Change

What is NYOTA, and why should you support it? Well, NYOTA—

• Is a 6-month leadership development program for women in Beni, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
• Meets specific professional development needs that the women leaders of various organizations have said they want.
• Was developed with the direct input of women who participate. 
• Because of that, participants develop the knowledge and skills so they can lead change in their organizations and communities.
• Is a collaboration between Impact Now and the Université Chrétienne Bilingue du Congo (UCBC).
