Meets specific professional development needs that the women leaders of various organizations have said they want.
Was developed with the direct input of women who participate.
Because of that, participants develop the knowledge and skills so they can lead change in their organizations and communities.
Is a collaboration between Impact Now and the Université Chrétienne Bilingue du Congo (UCBC).
