Bebashi – Transition to Hope has always been a safe haven for communities often left behind — people who are uninsured, underinsured, and underserved. But recent government funding freezes threaten the stability of vital services we provide every day:

Reproductive healthcare, including birth control, STI testing, and breast and cervical cancer screenings
HIV prevention and treatment (PrEP, PEP, iART)
Vaccinations and primary care
Culturally affirming health education and case management

We serve over 15,000 people each year. Right now, that care is at risk.

These freezes don’t just impact policy — they impact people: working families, LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, and Black and Brown communities who already face systemic barriers to healthcare access.
