“Healing Can’t Wait” — Solas Foundation hosts Sarasota fundraiser to expand access to care for Addiction, TBI, and PTSD
Because healing is a right—not a privilege.

SARASOTA, Fla., Sept. 30, 2025 — The Solas Foundation, a Sarasota-based 501(c)(3), will host a community fundraiser on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 5:30 p.m. at AwareHouse — 2170 Main St., Sarasota. The evening features brief presentations, a personal testimonial, and a silent auction of original paintings and gifts from local retailers. Proceeds fund treatment-access grants for people living with addiction, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and PTSD.

“Healing can’t wait,” said Deborah Kadagian, founder and president of the Solas Foundation. “Too many neighbors qualify for promising care but are halted by finances. This event turns compassion into access—because healing is a right, not a privilege.”

Attendees will hear accessible information about ibogaine as an emerging option for certain conditions, as well as aftercare pathways, including a tailored program hosted at AwareHouse. (The program is informational only and not medical advice.)
