$500 — Family Connection Grant Sponsor: Funds a follow-up relief grant families may use toward respite, enrichment, or continued bonding experiences tailored to their needs.

$1,000 — Experience Production Partner: Supports major production costs such as venue rental, catering, accessibility tools, and activity facilitation for Moments Together events.

$2,500 — Multi-Family Reconnection Underwriter: Provides full support for several family pairings across one Moments Together activation—covering respite, meals, bonding activities, and take-home tools.

$5,000 — Family Reconnection Champion: Expands the reach of Moments Together—funding multiple reconnection experiences for diverse family pairings and ensuring that cost is never a barrier to meaningful family connection.
