It all started with a simple text message… “if our Instagram followers all donated only $3, that’s already over $10,000 raised”. And with this, the 3 Dollar Challenge was born. Hi, our names are Jack and Kate Adler and we are 20 year-old twins from Villanova, PA. When we were forced to leave college early, we immediately realized how fortunate we were to be at home and safe with our family. We knew so many people were struggling physically and financially, so we wanted to find a way to help. We created the 3 Dollar Challenge with the purpose of raising as much money as possible through $3 donations by using the power of social media to spread the word.

After recognizing the power of this concept, we decided to take our idea a step further. Now, as a grassroots fundraising organization, we partner with nonprofits to help catalyze large scale viral campaigns that enact positive change and mobilize significant resources to support important causes.

The rules of the challenge are simple:

• Post a picture on your Instagram Story and tag @3dollarchallenge
• Nominate 3 more friends to complete the challenge

So far, we have raised over $70,000 for more than 13 causes from nearly 15,000 donors. Our goal is to revolutionize the fundraising industry and become the go-to method for Gen-Z microdonating.
