The Nightmare at City Hall

The Nightmare at City Hall is the brain child of Halloween Loving Tony Connor and his family.  This labor of love has become an annual tradition that we want to keep growing and building.  The Connor's are looking for donations and sponsorships to keep this super fun free family event going and changing.  Please consider becoming part of the Nightmare.
