Oasis Legal Services increases access to culturally responsive legal representation and wraparound services for LGBTQ+ immigrants who have experienced violence and persecution in their home countries. Since Oasis’s inception in 2017, we have served over 2,800 LGBTQ+ clients from 68 different countries on their journey to permanent safety in the United States.

About the event:
To sustain our lifesaving services for queer and trans immigrants, we are hosting our 2nd Annual Puzzle Palooza. Teams of three will race against the clock to solve a limited edition 500-piece puzzle.

Each team will fundraise throughout Pride Month, leading up to game day. As we fight against the escalating injustices and harm aimed at LGBTQ+ immigrants, we lean on our community for strength and support. If you enjoy puzzling and want to take an actionable step against the federal administration’s harmful agenda, this event is for you!

How It Works:
▪️The registration fee for a team of three (3) is $35.
▪️Teams receive a limited edition puzzle.
▪️Each team will have a suggested fundraising goal of $500.
▪️Teams that meet pre-designated fundraising benchmarks will have the opportunity to earn prizes for their team

Competition Prizes:
🏆 Fastest 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
💸 The team that fundraises the most (until July 19 at 2 PM PST)
💰The team with the highest number of unique individual donors

Team Prizes:
💮 Vinyl stickers for teams who raise $100 or more
💮✨ Vinyl stickers and premium enamel pins for teams who raise $350 or more
💮✨👕 Vinyl stickers, premium enamel pins, and Oasis Pride t-shirts for teams who raise $750 or more

This event is family-friendly and free for spectators! We'll have:
🧩 A casual puzzling table so everyone can join in
🎟 Raffle prizes from amazing local businesses
♻ A puzzle swap table—bring a puzzle, take a puzzle!

When:
July 19, 2025, from 2 PM - 5 PM
Doors open at 1:30 PM
Competition begins promptly at 2:45 PM
