Preserving Our Heritage: Capital Campaign for the Colonial Beach Museum

The Colonial Beach Historical Society and Museum needs your Help.!
The Need
The Colonial Beach Museum is a cornerstone of our community—sharing the stories, culture, and heritage that make our town unique. However, time and weather have taken a toll on the museum’s exterior. To preserve our building and outdoor exhibits for generations to come, we must act now.
Our immediate goal is to raise $11,000 to complete critical repairs and restoration, ensuring the museum remains safe, welcoming, and structurally sound.

Planned Improvements
Your gift will directly fund:
ADA Ramp Restoration
Remove all existing decking boards
Furnish and install new, durable PVC decking boards
Building Restoration
Scrape and paint the entire museum exterior
Replace window frames and door frames
Materials Included
All paint, primer, and supplies are covered in the project cost

These upgrades will not only improve safety and accessibility but also preserve the museum’s historic charm and protect its exhibits.​
