Frank O'Connor is a third generation Montanan. He grew up in Livingston, and has deep roots in this community. Having raised his daughter here with Karen, his wife, and run two successful businesses for over 20 years in town, he deeply understands Park County's needs and challenges moving forward. He wants to make sure his grandson can grow up in a place that reminds him of the county he grew up in. He believes we can have thoughtful growth that maintains the character of our home and allows for these changes to happen with community input. Together, it is possible.
