I am joining a globally diverse team of like-minded professionals for a weeklong experience to deepen my understanding of global autism services and awareness. While on this trip I will be providing training, engaging in outreach activities to increase awareness and acceptance, developing leadership skills by helping to design and complete a world-changing project with a team of peers. 

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity to expand my understanding of barriers autistic individuals and families face outside of our nation's borders. I am looking forward to bringing this information back to my team of technicians, BCBAs, operations specialists, and more to continue the ripple of this experience. 

My team will come together from all over to collaborate and work towards solutions for our partners and to create an impact in their communities.

This experience will help to bridge global gaps in awareness and acceptance of autism. We will work together across cultural, language, and professional barriers to make a difference by learning from these communities and doing with - not for!
