ODE Furniture Contribution

The funds collected from the fees we charge for our removal services go back into our mission as we pave the way to end furniture poverty.

Furniture poverty happens when families lack the resources to obtain essential household items like a bed, dining table or couch.

Without a bed, children are forced to sleep on piles of clothes on the floor.

Without a table, families gather for meals on boxes.

An empty house isn’t a home.

The absence of furniture takes a serious toll on both mental and physical health, often pushing people back into crisis.

Your monetary donation helps us support veterans, single parents, survivors of domestic violence, the disabled, families, and seniors during times of transition.

It keeps our truck on the road, our warehouse running, and furnishes homes for those in need.

It reduces landfill waste and helps turn empty houses into homes.

It ensures that those in need here on Long Island receive the assistance they deserve.

• $50 Fuel the Mission Your gift covers the fuel and labor for picking up gently used furniture from a local home and delivering it to our warehouse. With your help, these pieces find new purpose in the homes of individuals and families in need.
• $100 Deliver Hope This donation ensures a family facing hardship receives the furniture they need to rebuild their lives. Your support covers the fuel and labor for delivering essential items to those unable to afford a moving truck.
• $200 Move Families Forward Help us serve multiple households with this impactful gift. Your donation supports several pickups and deliveries, bringing stability, comfort, and hope to families on their path to a fresh start.
• $350 Transform Lives With this generous contribution, we can coordinate and cover the costs of fuel, labor, and logistics for multiple furniture pickups and deliveries—bringing comfort to families in transition and making houses feel like home.
• $500 A Second Chance Your $500 gift funds a professional, insured mover to assist elderly and disabled individuals in safely moving furniture they can’t lift on their own. These items find new life in the hands of those who need them most, creating a ripple effect of support and care.
