We know that cooking is a fundamental life skill, and we believe everyone deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive in the kitchen — regardless of age or ability.

Coming LATE JUNE to Cedarburg, WI, Happy Place Cooking Space is an accessible teaching kitchen built for our entire community. Here, kids, adults with disabilities, and seniors will gain confidence and independence through hands-on cooking classes, using adaptive tools in a welcoming environment designed for everyone.

Building this one-of-a-kind kitchen has been a labor of love — and now, we’re 79% funded and just $30,000 away from opening the doors. Since October 2024, we have raised $114,000 to build out this kitchen. Now, to get to our goal of $144,000, we are $30,000 away.
