The stories of childhood and adolescence are both universal and deeply personal. Whether it be the subtle changes in a child's curiosity as she imaginatively explores in the woods, or the profound shifts that teens experience on a Rite of Passage retreat as they let themselves feel deep emotions, participants come away from ReTribe programs having grown and transformed into more compassionate beings.

ReTribe's Teen Retreats provide the stage for young people to explore their own narratives, offering the support, encouragement, and camaraderie they need to embrace their authentic selves and find their place in the world. One teen offered this reflection:

Everyone is there to support you in your hardest times but can also turn right around and make you laugh. The staff doesn’t only facilitate and lead, they also participate and show that it’s ok to be vulnerable. The culture supports holding space in times of ceremony or vulnerability and… going really hard with how much fun we have.

At ReTribe's Forest School, kids break free from the routine of their traditional school week and joyfully explore the wild woods. They gather, sing, play, and develop outdoor skills, all while forming lasting connections with the land and the seasons. Under the guidance of experienced and fun-loving mentors, children challenge themselves and push their limits in a supportive environment. Summer camps offer similar adventures, but all week long!
