Established in 2009 amidst the housing crisis, One South Euclid is a nonprofit community development corporation devoted to building an inclusive, multicultural, and equitable community through key programs that drive our mission forward.

Breathing new life into dilapidated properties, we revitalize neighborhoods and reinvest proceeds back into our community.

Neighborhood Grant Program

This program significantly improves homes and businesses, helps older residents age in place, and funds projects that bring people together, fostering a sense of togetherness and community pride.

Engaging Our Community 

In partnership with the city, we host, promote, and support community events such as INTERSECTION, a celebration of food and music. Additionally, our public art initiatives add value, build pride, foster community bonds, and attract new visitors.

Creating a Vibrant Downtown

Working alongside engaged residents and stakeholders, we are crafting a dynamic downtown hub for where people can gather, shop, and create lasting memories. In addition, we are focused on placemaking efforts to create a sense of place for our residents and destination for the wider community.
