I am so lucky to get to work with the most incredible high schoolers at Harrisonburg High School. These youth are insightful, driven, and just fun to be with. 

On The Road Collaborative is a nonprofit youth empowerment organization providing equal access to educational opportunities and hands-on career experiences. In this program, youth can explore different career paths, explore college options, and receive academic support to keep them on the road to graduation. 

And guess what? On The Road graduated our first class of seniors in 2021! This group started with On The Road in 9th grade when we began our program at the high school and we saw them off in May! These youth followed so many difference paths; from four year universities, to the military, community college, or straight into the workforce, I feel confident that these youth are going to improve the world.
