I have been with On the Road Collaborative for three years now and I love to see the impact we have on these students each and every day. Below are some pictures of students working with Community Teachers and Volunteers to learn about career options. They have the opportunity to tour airports with the aviation class. They have the opportunity to simulate the jobs of a firefighter and tour a firetruck.  The students are at their best when they get to engage in these activities, there are smiles on their faces and questions being asked left and right to learn more. 

Not only do we provide students with career enrichment classes, but also time to complete their homework, while having youth leads and volunteers to help them if they need it. 

Additionally it is a time to build community, friendship, and meaningful relationships with their peers and Youth Leaders. 

I have personally seen many students grow into better learners and better people and be provided with opportunities that open their eyes to a whole new world. I ask you to consider donating to help these students continue to have this lifechanging program!
