Driving Awareness is on a mission to break the silence around mental health.

Through embodiment practices, breathwork, and modern science, we help people reconnect with themselves, release emotional suppression, and discover healthier ways of living.

We host free weekly community meetings that create safe spaces for everyone to open up, process challenges, and find belonging. We also provide mentorship for young adults who may be growing up without strong role models, offering them guidance, support, and life skills.
