One of the original barns here at Gracie’s has officially reached the end of its life. After years and years of weather, wear, and patching things together, it’s now one good storm away from becoming a pile of old barn wood.

We’ve put replacing it off year after year simply because we couldn’t afford it. But the truth is… we can’t put it off any longer.

To properly tear it down and replace it with a safe new barn will cost about $8,000. For a small rescue like ours, that’s a huge number.

But having a new barn before next winter would be absolutely life-changing for so many of our pigs.
