The Foundation was set up in 2022 in the State of Oklahoma as a non-profit & registered to do business under the Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Act with all required business applications, articles, & other filings required.  We are in good standing with all agencies & are current on all state registration renewals & IRS annual filings. Our EIN is 92-0620633.  Oscar's Foundation is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) & donors can deduct their contributions.  The Foundation is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, & gifts under the appropriate section. 

Oscar's Foundation provides qualified training, of some of the rescues taken in, as Emotional Support Dogs & places them with individuals battling Depression/Anxiety & in need of such trained dogs; this not only provides a home for some of these rescues, but provides a great service, free of charge, to those individuals in need, which appears this particular need increases each & every day. The success Oscar's Foundation has achieved (since their formation in 2022) in benefiting animals in need, as well as individuals in need of Emotional Support Dogs, is a living testament to the importance of their work; the strays saved each & every day would not survive were it not for the supplies & care provided by these Public Charitable Programs & funded with Public Donations.  WITH THE GENEROUS SUPPORT OF DONORS TO THESE PUBLIC CHARITABLE PROGRAMS, HUNDREDS OF ANIMALS WILL BE ABLE TO LIVE LONGER, HEALTHIER, & HAPPIER LIVES, AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG CAN GET SOME ASSISTANCE & RELIEF!
