Oscar's Foundation is a non-profit* charitable organization 501 (c) (3) that has been set up in the State of Oklahoma and registered to do business under the Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Act with all required business applications, articles, & other filings required and everything has been submitted, current, & approved with notifications & certificates received (FORMED 9/22/2022).
    *Nonprofit means the entity, a corporation, is organized for a nonprofit purpose. 501(c)(3) means a nonprofit organization that has been recognized by the IRS as being tax-exempt by virtue of its charitable programs. 
Oscar's Foundation benefits not only stray & neglected animals, but people battling Depression/Anxiety can benefit as well; we have placed several trained rescues as emotional support dogs with those individuals in need of such animals, free of charge. The success we have achieved over the past year in benefiting animals in need, as well as individuals in need of Emotional Support Dogs is a living testament to the importance of our work. The strays we save each & every day would not survive were it not for the food, medication, love, & nurturing in all forms that we provide, both indirectly and directly at times, to those needing this assistance; we have unique programs we administer that have proven successful in achieving our goals. We function primarily to financially support our charitable work through our public programs.
