Hello past Grateful Gatherings supporters!
As you can imagine, because of SIP restrictions and the “hands-on” nature of its events, Grateful Gatherings has been unable to help all the families it had on its list for many months now. The families who were in line to be helped are living with a roof over their heads, but with virtually nothing inside. Like us, I’m sure you feel beyond blessed to have the basics we need to live and function during this time. To support ten families on their waitlist transitioning from homelessness, GG launched a fundraiser, in lieu of the normal GG collection and volunteer install model. They will use the funds to purchase basic essential goods at discounts through partnerships with companies like Cort. They have raised enough to help nine of the ten families.
But ONE family still needs help. The Hoskins and Mollahan families hope you’ll join us to help this one last family by donating any amount you can to our joint campaign. We aim to complete our campaign by August 19.
