OUTreach is a volunteer-powered LGBTQ+ nonprofit connecting people who care with projects that matter in Wilmington, Delaware.

Through community drives, service events, and partnerships with local organizations, we mobilize volunteers to support neighbors in need while building stronger connections across our city.

But OUTreach is about more than individual events.

Our long-term vision is to help create a permanent LGBTQ+ community hub in Wilmington — a welcoming space where outreach, connection, and culture can thrive.

What OUTreach Is Doing Now

OUTreach volunteers are already organizing projects such as:

• Food drives supporting local pantries
• Winter clothing drives for neighbors in need
• Community cleanup events like our upcoming Green-Up Day
• Volunteer partnerships with local nonprofits
• Community gatherings that bring people together through service

These projects help strengthen the network of people who care about Wilmington and are willing to show up for their community.
