Our Gampr Scampr program helps large-breed shelter dogs leave overcrowded Southern California shelters for environments where they can thrive. It focuses on livestock guardian dogs and other large, misunderstood breeds often overlooked or euthanized because they don’t belong in typical homes or shelter settings.

Outta the Cage rescues these at-risk dogs and transports them to a trusted rural training and rescue partner, where they receive the care and placement they need.

Donations support transport, veterinary care, training, and program costs. Every contribution helps save dogs who would otherwise have no path forward.
