Donation Disclaimer

Woof and Willow Puppy Rescue (“the Organization”) is a registered non-profit entity dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of dogs in need. The Organization relies on charitable contributions from individuals, businesses, and community partners to sustain its mission and operations.

By submitting a donation to Woof and Willow Puppy Rescue, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Donations
   Donations received by the Organization are applied toward expenses necessary to fulfill its charitable mission. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to, veterinary care and medical treatment, vaccinations, food and supplies, animal transportation, facility upkeep, administrative costs, and fair compensation for employees and contractors directly involved in the care and welfare of animals.

2. Allocation of Funds
   Unless expressly restricted by the donor through a written agreement accepted in writing by the Organization, all contributions are deemed unrestricted and may be allocated at the sole discretion of Woof and Willow Puppy Rescue in accordance with its operational needs and priorities at the time of use.

3. Donor Direction and Control
   Donors acknowledge that, except in cases where a written restriction has been formally approved by the Organization, contributions are made in support of the Organization’s overall mission and programs. Donors shall not retain any authority to direct, influence, or control the use of donated funds once a contribution has been accepted.

4. Tax Deductibility
   Woof and Willow Puppy Rescue is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section [insert appropriate section, e.g., 501(c)(3)] of the Internal Revenue Code.
