Facing Crossroads Institute is currently operating as a non-profit organization and accepts donations. The 501(c)(3) application is in progress. If the tax-exempt status is approved, then it will be retroactive to our incorporation date (late 2025), and thus your 2026 donations may all be tax-deductible.

However, until that status is officially granted, we cannot guarantee the tax deductibility of your contribution. We have a 501(c)(3) sponsoring nonprofit organization that can issue tax-deductible receipts (contact us for details).
