Child Protective Services of Uganda is now wanting us to build a fence around the Orphanage in Kampala, Uganda. This is no small undertaking. The first quote to do so is $15,000. So we are asking and seeking help and support from donors to make this happen. We know that this fence will be for the benefit and safety of the children!
